LGA is excited to share that Steve Sieker, CPA, has been promoted to Partner in the firm’s Business Advisory Services practice. Steve leads the Fractional CFO Practice at LGA, where he serves as a seasoned CFO for companies on a part-time or project basis.
While serving as Fractional CFO for LGA clients, Steve focuses on process improvement, executive communications tools, strategic planning tools, financial change management, KPI implementation, transaction due diligence, strategic advice, and post-transaction integration. He often works with companies that are in between CFOs, do not have the budget or need for a full-time CFO, or need an experienced CFO for special projects or times of uncertainty.
“Steve plays such an integral role in each of our client’s companies he works with,” said Ken Segal, LGA Partner and Managing Director of Business Advisory Services. “He not only helps with the day-to-day financial aspects of running their company, but also helps them to make the important decisions for growth and is often the calm voice of reason during times of crisis, steering the ship towards calmer waters.”
Steve has over 30 years of corporate experience, with more than 15 of these years in senior leadership roles. His background includes experience as a CFO and as a Senior Executive overseeing major FP&A functions, and has spanned many ownership structures, including public, PE, VC, and family-owned. His work has involved a heavy emphasis on collaboration with business operations, where he worked with operational leadership to identify and capitalize upon opportunities to improve bottom line performance.

A native of Colorado, and a Baylor University alum, Steve now lives in Wenham, MA, with his family. Outside of the office, Steve enjoys golf, skiing, traveling with his family, and watching pro and college sports.
