Steve has over 30 years of corporate experience, with 15 of these years in senior leadership roles. Following his initial role as an auditor in the Big 4, he progressed to leadership roles of various Accounting and Finance functions within multiple industries. His background includes experience as a CFO and as a Senior Executive overseeing major FP&A functions, and has spanned many ownership structures, including public, PE, VC, and family owned. His work has involved a heavy emphasis on collaboration with business operations, where he worked with operational leadership to identify and capitalize upon opportunities to improve bottom line performance. While Steve’s experience covers a wide range of disciplines, he is uniquely qualified in process improvement, executive communications tools, financial change management, KPI implementation, transaction due diligence, and post-transaction integration.
