Susanne joined the firm in 2014.  Susanne had enjoyed a long and fulfilling career in behavioral health.  She joined McLean Hospital, a renowned psychiatric facility with a Harvard affiliation in 1988 and held various administrative positions including working for the President of McLean Hospital who also served as head of the American Psychiatric Association (APA).

As director of culture and employee engagement at LGA, Susanne is responsible for overseeing the firm’s organizational commitment to ensuring ongoing learning and career development initiatives, as well as the overall well-being of its team members.
