Managing Director of Finance and Administration

Pam joined LGA in 2017 as the Firm Administrator, leading the firm’s Professional Support Team, while also working alongside the Managing Partner on the oversight and execution of the firm’s key initiatives. She maintains and reports on LGA’s financial statements and KPI’s, working with the leadership team to create accountability and follow through around the achievement of established goals. Pam also manages the Human Resource department within the firm, working with LGA’s HR Associate and external consultant on both compliance related matters, as well as employee performance and counseling related initiatives. Prior to joining LGA, Pam spent 30 years at a multi-location retail establishment as the Director of Front End Operations and Customer Service.
