Bringing extensive human resource experience within the public accounting industry, Kerri has played a critical role in advancing LGA’s people-first culture and strengthening the firm’s talent strategy.
In her role, Kerri oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent management, resource planning, benefits and compensation administration, performance management, employee relations, and learning and organizational development. Her forward-thinking approach and commitment to best practices have helped refine and expand LGA’s people initiatives, supporting the firm’s continued growth while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace.

Kerri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Salem State University and maintains the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resource Association.
