Rajiv Dayal brings more than thirty-five years of experience in public accounting focusing on business and tax consulting, accounting and tax services to privately held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals. As a trusted advisor, Rajiv helps small and mid-sized businesses strengthen profitability, improve cash flow, and align financial operations with long-term goals.
Prior to joining the public accounting profession, Rajiv served as an accounting manager for a fifteen-store retail chain and as CFO for a division of an international company. This hands-on financial leadership experience allows him to approach client challenges with both strategic and operational insight.
Since joining Cohen, Cohen & Company in 1997, Rajiv has developed enduring relationships with clients who value his balanced approach to technical excellence and practical business guidance. Following the firm’s merger with LGA, LLP, Rajiv continues to focus on helping business owners and executives navigate complex financial and tax landscapes with clarity and confidence.
