Partner Perspective – April 2026
Can you pinpoint the moment you started really trusting a coworker? Was it a grand gesture, or was it how they showed up day after day? More often than not, it’s the latter.
Trust is built quietly, over time, through follow-through and consistency. In the small moments when no one is watching. In how you prepare, how you communicate, and how you handle pressure.
We talk often about bringing others into the room and giving people exposure. April is a good reminder that trust grows when people see how you operate in real situations, especially the difficult ones.
That applies at work and at home. Trust is created by showing up, keeping your word, and doing the right thing even when it would be easier not to.
If you’re trying to build something that lasts, pay attention to the moments that don’t seem important. They usually are.
