LGA recently announced that the firm is a proud member of the Russell Bedford International (RBI) network. But, what does that actually mean for our clients? We still have the same collaborative client relationships based on integrity, authenticity, and care, and we still provide strategic insight, straightforward advice, and value-added services. The difference is, we’re now better positioned to expand our international tax presence and stay at the forefront of international business. Whether you are planning to expand within the U.S. or take your businesses abroad, you can count on LGA to provide comprehensive business advisory and tax planning services along the way.
What is the Russell Bedford International network?
The RBI network was established in 1983 and is a global membership of independent professional services firms committed to international and regional knowledge sharing. Russell Bedford operates based on certain core values: accountability, integrity, professionalism, excellence, positive impact, and collaboration. RBI members are well-established firms with excellent reputations, exceptionally high professional standards, and similar values. The RBI network includes 350 firms and their 7,500 staff members operating in more than 100 countries across Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific. The network provides members with resources, knowledge, continuing education, and idea-sharing, giving them a unique perspective and understanding of international tax.
Does RBI membership change LGA’s brand or ownership?
LGA’s RBI membership doesn’t mean our firm merged with RBI, so the membership does not change LGA’s brand or ownership. LGA is still 100% independent from RBI, and your relationship with your trusted LGA team member won’t change. We still strive every day to achieve our mission to “Bring Financial Focus to Your Business.” LGA’s RBI membership gives us both a macro- and micro-level view and understanding of our global business community. While LGA still operates in the same pre-membership way, the firm now has access to the knowledge and resources of like-minded, trusted firms across the world.
How does RBI membership enhance the services LGA offers to clients?
Thinking of expanding your business operations to Sao Paulo but want to know the tax implications first? Planning to establish a U.S. presence for your company based in Germany but don’t know where to start? No problem. Our RBI membership gives us instant access to valuable resources and connections across the globe, so LGA clients can rest assured they are receiving the highest quality of trusted expatriate or inpatriate accountancy and business advisory and tax planning services.
Whether your tax concerns are domestic or international, LGA’s International Tax Services Team has the resources to address your business and individual tax needs. We understand that today’s international business landscape can be challenging to navigate, but we can assist with sophisticated strategies when it comes to international tax structuring, compliance, and reporting to help you find your way through the increasingly complex and demanding regulations.
