Kerri Catalfamo, LGA’s Director of Human Resources, brings with her over 15 years of experience in Human Resources within the public accounting industry. Her forward-thinking strategies and best practices help refine and expand our talent management initiatives. An energetic and dedicated professional, Kerri has proficiency in a myriad of HR areas, encompassing resource management, benefits and compensation administration, performance management, employee relations, and learning and organizational development. Furthermore, she holds the respected SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation.
