HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

As LGA’s HR Manager, Elianna oversees all areas of human capital and administration including payroll, benefit administration, policies and procedures, HR compliance, employee relations, staff recruitment, and performance management. Elianna is also responsible for overseeing the firm’s career development and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
