Skills and Experience

- Knowledge and experience of the accounting industry is preferred
- Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is required
- Microsoft 365 and CCH Suite of Products is a plus: Pro-Fx, Tax, Engagement, Document, and Portal
- Independent, proactive, forward thinker and a sense of urgency and teamwork
- Be flexible to manage a heavier workload and multiple client projects especially during busy seasons
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple task and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with your colleagues, managers, partners, and clients
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually under limited supervision
Responsibilities and Duties
- Process tax returns
- Proofread, edit, and draft and/or finalize client financial statements, evaluation reports, proposals, and engagement letters
- Billing and AR
- Create client portals
- Assist LGA team members on scanning and other administrative tasks
